All brand-new components purchased from PartsyTech are covered by our 12-Month Store Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

What is Covered: Internal component failure, electrical malfunctions, or structural defects that occur under normal residential appliance operation.

What is Not Covered: Damage caused by improper installation, accidental drops, water damage (outside of specified plumbing parts), modification, or standard wear and tear.
How to File a Claim
If a part you purchased fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months, please contact our team immediately:

What to Include: Your original order number, the name of the item, and a brief description or photo/video of the issue.
Once approved, we will gladly arrange for a direct replacement part to be shipped to you at no additional cost. If a replacement component is currently out of stock, a full refund for the item will be issued.
